Three Ways We Work With You
The page answers the questions a procurement or brand manager asks before sharing a spec sheet. All three paths use the same engineering and quality workflow below.
Brand & Distributor Supply
You specify the target market, performance envelope and packaging. We supply under your brand with corporate-colour finish, private-label manuals and barcoded cartons — backed by the compliance documentation your channel needs.
EPC & Project Supply
For tenders and installations, we tune luminaires to the project: lux layout, hazard zone, ambient temperature and control protocol — then supply with test reports and declarations for EPC handover.
Kit Supply for Local Assembly
For partners building local content or optimizing import duty, we supply Semi-Knocked-Down (major assemblies) or Completely-Knocked-Down (full component kits) for final assembly at your facility or local assembly partner — with assembly documentation and QC procedure included.
What We Can Customize
Every option below is offered on the applicable product family. We confirm exact feasibility against your target model during technical assessment — we will not quote a configuration a given platform cannot reliably deliver.
Power & Efficacy
Wattage and lumen output tuned across the 50–400 W class, with efficacy set to the project target (e.g. up to 180 lm/W on high-bay families).
Optics & Beam Angle
Narrow to wide distribution (30°–120°) and asymmetric flood options for high-mast, aisle and washdown layouts.
CCT & CRI
2700–6500 K, 3-CCT field-selectable variants, and Ra70 / 80 / 90 to match application and species requirements.
Housing & Finish
Die-cast aluminium bodies with corporate-colour powder-coating and laser/print logo for private-label programs.
Structure & Mounting
Hook, pendant, wall, surface-rail and pole brackets, with safety ropes and adjustable aim for high-mast rings.
Control & Driver
DALI-2, 1-10V, integrated microwave / PIR motion and daylight sensors, plus emergency battery-backup modules.
Packaging & Labelling
Private-label outer cartons, multilingual manuals, barcodes and kitting to your distribution standard.
Certification Scope
CE / RoHS as the base; ATEX / IECEx on hazardous-area families and UL where the model supports North America — confirmed and documented per model.
What You Need to Provide
The more precise the brief, the faster and more accurate the proposal. You do not need a finished drawing — a target and a market is enough to start.
Target Market & Destination
Country or region and the applicable ruleset (e.g. EU ATEX, North America NEC/UL, GCC).
Product & Application
Which line (industrial, explosion-proof, agricultural, mobile) and the duty — warehouse, refinery, poultry house, port, etc.
Performance Spec
Target lumens / efficacy, CCT, IP/IK, ambient temperature range and any beam or control requirement.
Certification Checklist
The exact marks and standards your tender or distributor license demands.
Estimated Volume
Annual quantity or project batch size — used for pricing, tooling and lead-time planning.
Packaging & Brand Files
Logo, colour, label language and carton spec for private-label supply.
SKD / CKD: Kit Supply for Local Assembly
Beyond finished-goods supply, we support Semi-Knocked-Down (SKD) and Completely-Knocked-Down (CKD) programs — luminaires delivered as pre-built assemblies or full component kits for final assembly at your local facility or assembly partner.
What the Kit Includes
Pre-tested optical engines / LED modules, drivers, housings, mounting kits, fasteners, private-label manuals and labels, and the test reports applicable to the model family.
What Your Side Provides
Local assembly labour and, where required, local final packaging. We supply the documented assembly procedure and QC checklist so output matches our finished-goods standard.
Why Partners Choose It
Local content and duty/tariff optimization, lower freight volume, and faster local service and spare-part supply for the end market.
Applicability
Offered on the applicable product families. We confirm which lines support SKD/CKD and the kit configuration during technical assessment — not every model is suited to knocked-down supply.
SKD/CKD is a supply format, not a separate quality tier — the same engineering, components and QC procedure apply as to finished-goods supply.
From Inquiry to Delivery
A single tracked workflow — no hand-offs between sales and engineering that lose your specification.
| Step | What happens | Typical timing |
|---|---|---|
| 1 · Inquiry & NDA | Scope, volumes and confidentiality agreed; we sign NDA on request before sharing drawings. | Day 0 |
| 2 · Technical Assessment | Feasibility check against the target platform, spec proposal and quotation returned. | 2–4 working days |
| 3 · Sampling | Prototype built to the agreed spec; IES photometric files and a DIALux evo layout supplied for verification. | 3–7 working days (standard config) |
| 4 · Validation | Photometric, visual and safety checks; you approve the sample before commit. | per your review |
| 5 · Mass Production | Purchase order confirmed; QC plan and batch-consistency controls applied on the line. | per PO & volume |
| 6 · Delivery & Docs | Shipment with compliance certificates, test reports and declarations of conformity for handover or audit. | per Incoterms |
Timings are indicative for standard configurations; custom tooling or new certification extends the sampling stage. We confirm a written schedule with the quotation.
Quality & Change Management
Consistency across batches is what lets a brand owner resell with confidence. Our controls are documented, not assumed.
ISO 9001-Based QC
Incoming, in-process and final inspection with defined AQL on every production lot.
Batch Traceability
Component and production records retained per batch for audit and field follow-up.
Change Control
Any component or spec change is re-validated and documented before it reaches your shipment.
Warranty
5-year warranty on applicable families, with LUMILEDS LEDs and PHILIPS / SOSEN drivers specified on industrial lines.
Explore the Platforms
OEM/ODM programs typically start from one of these families.
Agricultural & Livestock
IP69K washdown, ammonia-resistant builds for poultry, dairy and growing.

Frequently Asked Questions
Citable answers for specifiers and procurement teams.
What is the minimum order quantity for OEM/ODM?
MOQ depends on the product family and the level of customization (private-label packaging versus new tooling). Tell us the target model and annual volume and we will quote the applicable minimum — we do not publish a single blanket figure because it would not reflect your actual configuration.
How long does sampling take?
Standard-configuration samples are typically built and shipped within 3–7 working days, with IES photometric files and a DIALux evo simulation for layout verification. New tooling or additional certification extends this stage; we state the schedule in writing with the quotation.
Which certifications can you provide?
CE and RoHS are the base for applicable families. Hazardous-area luminaires are built to ATEX / IECEx schemes, and UL-listed options are available where the model supports North American projects. Certificate numbers and test reports are issued per certified model on request for tenders and audits.
Can you do private-label packaging?
Yes. We supply under your brand with corporate-colour powder-coating, laser or print logo, multilingual manuals, barcoded outer cartons and kitting to your distribution standard.
How do you keep quality and batch consistency?
An ISO 9001-based quality system covers incoming, in-process and final inspection with defined AQL, plus per-batch traceability. Any component or specification change is re-validated and documented before it reaches your shipment.
Do you support SKD / CKD (knocked-down) supply?
Yes. For partners building local content or optimizing import duty, we supply Semi-Knocked-Down or Completely-Knocked-Down kits for final assembly at your facility or local partner, with assembly documentation and a QC procedure so output matches our finished-goods standard. Confirm the target model and your local assembly capability and we will assess which families support it.
